MICKY CHORNY
Personal Performance and Business Coach
Micky is a personal performance and business coach. With over 8 years of experience, Micky has coached and led seminars in both English and Spanish to thousands of individuals, teams and leaders of several kinds of organizations- helping them learn communication skills, conflict management, goal-setting, customer service, improving team culture and productivity, and effective leadership.
Education
She is a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where she earned her BFA in Drama.
Experience
She brings mastery as a coach and speaker to every meeting and conversation, and she excels at building connections and helping people achieve breakthrough results quickly. People get “un-stuck” around her, and she leads with incisiveness and compassion. As an expert leader and trainer, she is able to seamlessly integrate core adult-learning principles and customize delivery according to the needs of the client and demands of any program.
Philosophy
I am incredibly passionate about equipping other humans to be in the driver’s seat of their life. I believe no one is ever stuck with the hand that they’re dealt and that we have the capacity to change our life, one bold action at a time. The actor in me deeply values playfulness and adaptability. This, and profound compassion are what I showcase in every interaction.
