NICOLLE MEDINA
Life Coach
Nicolle Medina, a certified Life Coach and Meditation Teacher, has 7 years of experience empowering individuals, professionals, and organizations like Simon Sinek Inc. and Lululemon. A proud Maggie Flanigan Studio graduate and former actor, Nicolle is dedicated to helping clients find purpose, work-life balance, and authentic alignment for a fulfilling life.
Education
Nicolle is a Life Coach and Meditation Teacher certified through the ICF accredited Life Purpose Institute and Aura Wellness Center.
She is also a proud graduate of Maggie Flanigan Studio where she learned to sharpen her craft and subsequently worked as an actor for a decade.
Experience
As a coach and facilitator, Nicolle has spent 7 years serving a variety of clients in every walk of life. Her clients include individuals who are creating the next chapter of their life from a place of purpose, professionals searching for leadership performance training and development, people who want to create self-care practices and work-life balance, and people who are navigating the varying stages of intimate relationships. Her experience also includes coaching and facilitating at the organizational level for companies such as Simon Sinek Inc. and Lululemon.
Philosophy
I have a commitment to empowering people to empower themselves in their life and relationships. I believe that when people are authentically aligned with what makes them the most fulfilled and alive, they create their pathway to anything and everything they could ever Want.
I also happen to think actors are some of the best, most creative, fun, and powerful people on the planet. They are tuned into life in a way that is very unique and necessary. I will always be an actor at heart and I craft my work with actors to support the full realization of who they are, their value, and their purpose in the world.
