The Maggie Flanigan Studio has developed into the premier Meisner training program in New York City. The Studio is a home for serious artists, seasoned professionals, and those who have a passion to build their technique and expand the breadth of their craft.
The Maggie Flanigan Studio challenges its students with an ever-expanding curriculum encompassing acting, voice, movement and academics. Maggie, Charlie and their handpicked, dedicated faculty work daily to ensure all students are receiving the time and attention necessary to achieve their goals as an artist. Graduates of the program emerge with confidence, a solid technique, and an invaluable community of peers and mentors.
Maggie Flanigan, Artistic Director & Master Teacher – Maggie is a highly regarded acting teacher with two generations of former students building successful careers in theater, film and television. Maggie has had over three decades of teaching experience, most notably on the faculty of the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.
Charlie Sandlan, Executive Director & Senior Teacher – Charlie is a well respected acting teacher with an MFA in Acting from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. Charlie has been chosen by Maggie to carry her work forward to the next generation of aspiring actors.
